Pushpa Gandotra

The passing of Pushpa Gandotra is announced with heavy hearts. She passed away on July 12 at the age of 87, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Gurdaspur on January 12, Pushpa lived a life filled with love, kindness, and unwavering dedication to her family and community.

Pushpa was a devoted wife to her late husband, Jagdish, a nurturing mother to Dinesh and his wife Neeta, Vinay, and Sushma, and a cherished grandmother to Divya, Nikhil, Shaurya, Aditya, Parul, and Neha and great grandmother to Aayansh and Jace. She will be deeply missed by all who know her.

Pushpa will be remembered for her warm smile, beautiful poetry, and big laughs. She had a passion for gardening, spending time with her children and grandchildren, and was devoted to her spirituality. Her homemade curry and stuffed parantas brought joy to countless family gatherings.

She dedicated her life to teaching and her faith and she touched the lives of many with her kind, gentle spirit.

A funeral service will be held on July 16 at 11 am at Quinn Shalz Funeral Home at 3600 3rd St S, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250. Pushpa’s love and guidance will forever remain in our hearts. The memories shared will be cherished, and her spirit will be carried with us always.
